Welcome to your Mindful Journal. My name is Cleo, I’m the creator of Pass Around the Smile and I have designed this journal so you have a safe space to release what no longer serves you, connect with the version of you that you were always meant to be, manifest your wildest dreams and practice gratitude. All in one! I have used this particular journaling ritual for years and have found it extremely powerful. I’m so excited to share it with you!
In this journal you will find 4 separate sections. These four sections, each with an outline, exercises and journal prompts, are designed to help you do the inner work that will create positive change in your life.
Release - To free ourselves to move forward, we must first release what is holding us back. In this section, you have permission to release your fears, insecurities, limiting beliefs and any discomfort. This is a powerful part of your self development journey.
Connect - What is blocking you from completely connecting with the YOU that you were always meant to be? This section is designed to help you return to your truth. A true connection to yourself is paramount when manifesting your desires, so let’s get connected !
Manifest - A magical section where your wildest dreams can run free! After releasing and connecting, you are in a powerful state for attracting, use this section to bring in the abundance of incredible outcomes that are waiting for you.
Gratitude - When you’re feeling thankful for who you are, where you are, and what is around you, you vibrate on a positive level, attracting other people, opportunities and circumstances vibrating on that same, magnetic level! This section will have you feeling all the good vibrations!
