We ship from Queensland with Australia Post, usually within 1 to 3 business days of your order. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and depend on your location. Bundles marked "free shipping" ship free. Digital products, readings and gift cards are delivered by email, so there's no shipping charge.

If you order from outside Australia, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are your responsibility.

Delays. We can't refund for delivery delays alone, but if Australia Post confirms your parcel is lost, we'll replace it or refund you.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@passaroundthesmile.com as soon as you can with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Address and collection. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, or because it wasn't collected from the post office in time, we'll email you, and you'll need to pay shipping again for us to resend it.
