Refund Policy

Unfortunately, Pass Around the Smile does not accept returns for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) are faulty or damaged in transit - please email hello@passaroundthesmile.com with photos of proof to organise a potential replacement or refund.

Shipping

All items are shipped using Australia Post within 1-3 business days of ordering. Items are shipped from Queensland, Australia. Once items are within Australia Post’s hands, unfortunately Pass Around the Smile doesn’t hold any control or responsibility over your shipment. When shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If your item is not collected within Australia Post's (roughly 2-3 months) time frame and your parcel is returned to Pass Around the Smile, you will be sent an email and required to pay the shipping price again if you wish to still receive it.

Interstate (Outside QLD) - 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points

Express Shipping - $14
Within the same state (QLD) - 1- 2 business days
Interstate (Outside QLD) - 1-4 business days depending on lodgement and destination points

New Zealand 
Standard Shipping - $12
Express Shipping - $20

Rest of World
Standard Shipping - $28
Express Shipping - $40
Anywhere from 10-25 business days depending on your country.

We are not responsible for delays in transit & do not offer refunds for delays, unless the parcel is deemed as lost in transit by AusPost.
