DAY 1 Self & Soul
Your inner reality directly affects your outer reality. Day one is all about you! it’s time to do a ‘clean out’ of your mind! This will have your body, mind and soul feeling refreshed and ready to move forward. Connection is paramount when it comes to manifesting your desires. It is time to connect your self and soul, bringing your energy into harmony and flow.
DAY 2 Silence & Simplicity
On day 2, we will be silencing the outside noise. It’s easy to give into pressures and expectations from society or those around us. This can negatively impact your path moving forward. It’s time to simplify your life by becoming present, staying in your own lane and not sweating the small stuff. These simple changes can have a huge impact on your life.
DAY 3 Shadows & Support
Day 3 is all about opening up and getting vulnerable. Growth is uncomfortable, but this is the work that creates real change. On day 2 we will identify and express our shadows, and seek support within the community. You can be as public or as private in this exercise as you wish, there will be no pressure to share. Whether you share or not, day 3 will likely be the most powerful for you. My aim is to have you feeling heard, supported and optimistic about letting go and detaching from fears, limiting beliefs, guilt and pressures.
DAY 4 Sacrifice & Service
What are you willing to sacrifice to manifest your desires? And are your desires backed with any elements of service? On day 4, we will be identifying where you are sacrificing too much, and where you aren’t sacrificing enough. This will help us create some goals to put your perfectly balanced life into play. A balanced life = a life that flows.
DAY 5 Satisfaction & Success
Day 5 is always the most exciting, here we will learn to move from a desired state, to a receiving state. It’s all about setting you up for success. I want you to feel so damn satisfied with the work you’ve put in and ready to receive the abundance you deserve. Here we will create vision boards for 2025 together!
