This new meditation album has been a long time coming, but it wasn't something I could force. I waited until the perfect ideas and words came to me .... and here they are!

All meditations are guided and set with beautiful, calming background music. They are suitable for beginners, or regular meditators!
These meditations were written by me, (Cleo!) and recorded with lots of love. I can’t wait for these meditations to be used around the world, helping people feel more positive, relaxed, optimistic and clear!
I believe taking time out to meditate can be the most important thing you do all day. Five minutes of meditation could change your day, week, even your month! Allow yourself time to rejuvenate!
Helpful Tips! - When you purchase, you will be downloading a zip file of MP3s.
iPhone users: Once purchased, a box will pop up with your meditation album to download. Simply click the blue 'download now' button. The download will then begin on the left of your search bar. Once completed, it will show as a blue arrow. Click on the arrow, then click downloads. From there, dependent on your iPhone settings, it should open up in your 'Files' app. You can then tap on the zip folder to expand and show all 10 meditations.
Some people like to keep their meditations in the 'Notes' app for ease. If you wanted to do this, simply hold down the meditation, click copy, then paste into your Notes. Or click share and save to notes.
You will also be emailed your download link once you shut your order confirmation page. Which will remain there if you ever swap phones or loose where you saved your meditations.
Android users: Click the download button and it should automatically go into your files!
For computers: It’s a simple download! Please contact me if you have any troubles.
