PLEASE BRING:
🌞 A journal and pen.
🌞 Water bottle.
🌞 Whatever you would like to make yourself comfy on the floor! (Yoga mats, cushions, bean bags, blanket - whatever you like!) There will be chairs available if you would prefer! 🥰
I am so excited to be holding a Pass Around the Smile event in Brisbane! On Thursday the 6th of October we will gather for a night of positivity in the most gorgeous venue, The Nurso.
Here is a little about what you can expect:
💫 A positive night out - come alone, or with family and friends!
💫 Meet like minded people - everyone will be coming for a similar reason, for a night of self development, relaxation, positivity and inspiration!
💫 No pressure - you won't be asked to speak, or share anything, however if you're comfortable, there will be time for some to share.
💫 Expect to leave feeling inspired and ready to move forward fearlessly.

💫 THE LAW OF ATTRACTION. Here we dive deep into the magic of manifesting and I share how this law has and hasn't worked for me - and why! Enjoy inspiring stories and figure out which method of manifesting works for you specifically.
💫 SELF LOVE. An integral step toward living the life of your dreams. Here we figure out which parts of you need more love and care and I give you tools to help you through the days where self love is hard.
💫 RELEASING NEGATIVITY, FEAR AND GUILT. Unfortunately three aspects of life which block us from living a life we deserve. Hear inspiring stories of how I turned negativity around to manifest incredible opportunities. Learn realistic tools to release the negative thoughts of fear and guilt that may reside in your subconscious.
💫 MEDITATION. Enjoy some relaxing meditations on manifestation, self love and releasing what no longer serves you. The meditations are suitable for beginners or regular meditators!
💫 LISTENING TO YOUR HEART. Sounds clichè, but it's the only way to live a life true to you. Here we aim to discover the difference between what you THINK you might want and need, vs what you ACTUALLY want and need. To tune in and listen to your heart, means letting go of society's and other people's expectations - along with your own. It's time to find your right path!
💫 SO MUCH MORE. We explore the power of gratitude, the science behind limiting beliefs, we will create individual mantras specific to you and explore forgiveness, goals and what a balanced life looks like for you.
Food and drinks not provided - purely a two hour workshop to have you feeling AMAZING.
