A Positive Meditation for Challenging Times (For those in lockdown)
Hello wonderful people. I am so excited to be sharing this meditation with the world! I, along with so many others have been feeling quite anxious and overwhelmed with everything that is happening at the moment and I wanted to do my bit to help.
I hope that this meditation can help calm your mind, lower your anxiety and bring in some positive thoughts and feelings so that we can move through and out of this time together, with the most positive mindset possible.
The Universe has given us an excuse to pause, to turn within and to focus on ourselves and our loved ones. We can choose how we perceive this, as a negative or as a positive. Let this meditation help you.
